These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using Dailies (the "App"). By using the App, you (the "User") agree to these Terms.
Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms apply to all relations between the User and the developer of the App (the "Developer") concerning the use of the App.

The App lets the User edit videos and create Vlogs on their device. No account registration is required to use the App.
Article 3 (Paid Plan)
- Some features of the App are offered as a paid plan called "Dailies PRO". Prices and contents are shown on the purchase screen in the App.
- Payment is processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel or manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings on your device.
- A free trial automatically converts to the paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Refunds of paid fees are subject to Apple's policies.
Article 4 (User Content)
- All rights to videos and other content the User records, edits, or exports with the App belong to the User.
- All content is processed on the User's device, and the Developer never obtains its contents.
- The User is responsible for ensuring that content they create does not infringe the copyrights, portrait rights, or other rights of any third party.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property)
All intellectual property rights in the App and the materials bundled with it (fonts, music, etc.) belong to the Developer or to third parties holding legitimate rights. Bundled materials may be used only within the App's features.
Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)
When using the App, the User must not:
- Violate laws or public order and morals
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise analyze the App
- Copy or redistribute the App or its bundled materials beyond the scope of normal use of the App
- Use the App to create or publish content that infringes the rights of third parties
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- The Developer does not warrant that the App is free of factual or legal defects.
- Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Developer is not liable for loss or damage of data or any other damages arising from use of the App.
- The App may be changed, suspended, or discontinued without notice.
Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)
The Developer may amend these Terms without individually notifying Users when the Developer deems it necessary. Amended Terms take effect when posted on this page.
